Sixty seconds. No filters. Just the truth about how your people sound in English.
60-second English fluency test
Free spoken English assessment: which of these sound like your team?
Be honest for 60 seconds. Tap every moment you have seen in your team this month. Each one is a habit, not a lack of intelligence, and habits can be retrained.
Six hidden speaking gaps, and the price of waiting, every single month.
The 6 speaking gaps
Why capable professionals still hesitate in English: the 6 speaking gaps we close
Your people know their work. In English, they still pause, go quiet in meetings and let someone else take the call. Six gaps cause it. Tap a stage to find yours.
Gap 01 · Translating in the head
People know the answer but cannot say it fast enough
They think in Hindi, translate in their heads and pause before every sentence, so the moment passes and someone else speaks. Stephen Krashen's research on language acquisition explains why: English learnt as rules to translate never becomes automatic; English acquired through use does.
They have ideas, but the fear of a wrong word in front of seniors or clients keeps them quiet. Researchers Horwitz, Horwitz and Cope (1986) identified this foreign language anxiety as a major block: people who know the language still freeze when they feel judged.
'Very good', 'basically' and 'actually' carry every sentence, so real expertise sounds ordinary. Vocabulary researcher Paul Nation (2006) estimated that following unscripted spoken English comfortably takes around 6,000 to 7,000 word families, far more than most people actively use.
Fast speech, missing pauses and strong mother-tongue sounds make every call harder work for the listener. Lev-Ari and Keysar (2010) found that the same statements were judged less believable when spoken with a heavy accent, so unclear speech quietly costs credibility.
'I am having', 'do the needful' and 'revert back' slip into calls and meetings, and the listener notices the error before the idea. Most of these errors are heard so often at work that they sound correct, until someone points them out kindly.
In meetings, discussions and negotiations, the person who speaks with confidence wins the room, even with the weaker argument. Harvard professor Tsedal Neeley's research (2012) found that employees less fluent in a company's common language often feel a loss of status and hold back.
And how we fix the root cause of hesitation, not just the surface.
The method we follow
Why most spoken English classes fail working professionals: our 9-step corporate spoken English training process
Most English classes teach rules on a whiteboard, and people still freeze on the next client call. Fluency grows like a muscle, through daily speaking practice in real work situations. Here is our journey, from the first conversation to a team that speaks with confidence.

Before the training
Deep discovery, both ways
We understand your teams, who they speak to in English, the calls, meetings and presentations that suffer and what has been tried before, and give you full clarity on how we work. No assumptions on either side.
What you get: A shared, honest picture of where your team's English stands today.
A spoken English assessment, a short recorded speaking sample and manager inputs show the real gap. It is rarely 'weak grammar'. More often it is translating in the head, fear of judgement, limited vocabulary or unclear pronunciation.
What you get: The right problem, before any time or budget is spent.
We shape the right mix of the nine modules, batch size, session rhythm and format for each group. A sales team, a support team and a leadership group need different English.
What you get: A program designed for your people, not a ready-made syllabus.
Every 60-minute session is built around your real situations: client calls, team meetings, presentations, reviews and negotiations, so each minute of speaking practice moves your team towards fluency.
What you get: English practised on the conversations your team actually has.
Each participant sets their own speaking goals and a personal fluency plan, in their own words. Self-determination research shows chosen goals outlast imposed ones.
What you get: People who own their fluency, because they chose it.
Training is one step out of nine. The other eight are why your team keeps getting more fluent.
The fix, at the root
Why Saurabh Jain's spoken English course fixes the root cause, not the symptom.
Another grammar book treats the symptom, and the hesitation returns in the next meeting. Toyota built its quality on asking "why?" five times. Pick the speaking problem your team faces every week and see what changes when it is fixed at the root.

01

What you practise
Introduce yourself: a 30-second executive elevator pitch
Self-introductions for clients, seniors, panels and events
Observation-based learning: how confident speakers open
Mastering initial impact: voice, posture and eye contact
02
Executive Sentence Structuring & Thought Patterns
The problem it solves
People think in Hindi, translate into English and lose their thought halfway through the sentence.
Back at workYour team thinks in English and speaks in clear, structured sentences, without the pause.
What you practise
Structured sentence and replica-based learning
Business sentence patterns for updates, requests and opinions
Active listening models that feed natural speech
How to speak English subconsciously, without translating

What you practise
Important daily words-based scene creating
Translating daily work routines into professional narratives
Other ways to say: replacing overused words

What you practise
Tongue twisters for articulation and diction
Accent neutralisation activities for global business
Pacing, pauses and stress on the right words

Error spotting and common workplace mistakes
Idioms, phrases and proverbs, used correctly
Understanding homophones and confusing words
Precision: saying exactly what you mean

Back at workWarm, polite and professional conversations, from the first greeting to a fluid business discussion.
What you practise
Courtesy conversation and professional greetings
Workplace diplomacy: polite ways to ask, refuse and disagree
Advanced English conversation: dialogue-based learning
Small talk that builds client relationships

What you practise
Situation-based learning on real business challenges
Question-based learning exercises
Handling client queries and complaints in English
Structured Q&A: pause, answer, confirm

What you practise
Extempore: speaking on the spot with a clear point
Talk show: hosting and interviewing with ease
Role plays for meetings, calls and corporate events

What you practise
Group discussion: entering, contributing and summarising
Debate: presenting arguments persuasively
Handling disagreement and debate professionally
Leading meetings and closing with agreement

Your spoken English coach
Why Saurabh Jain is the best spoken English coach in Jaipur, India
Saurabh Jain studied under kerosene lamps in a village government Hindi-medium school, and was a shy student who would rather hide than face the stage. He knows the hesitation your people feel, because he lived it. From that classroom he rose to MSD Rajasthan State Head and founded EnactraX, Bharat's No. 1 Soft Skills Training Centre. After a brain haemorrhage, doctors told him he would not speak in public again. He healed, and 11 months later set his first non-stop speaking world record; he went on to speak for 30 hours without a single note. He knows exactly how a hesitant speaker becomes a confident one. That is what he brings to your team.

1/5doubts answered
If nothing changes: Capable people keep hesitating in English, and their knowledge stays invisible in every client call and meeting.
Fluency is not a gift you are born with. Speaking is a skill, and skills change with practice. Adults improve fast when the practice is structured, safe and built around their real conversations.
Proof: Stephen Krashen's research on second language acquisition showed that adults, like children, acquire a language through meaningful use, not by memorising grammar first.
Try itCan your team already do these? Tap what is true.
If nothing changes: Unmeasured training is the first budget line cut, and the hesitation stays.
We agree the measures with you upfront: a pre and post spoken English assessment, recorded speaking samples, a 21-day speaking logbook, manager observations and a summary report for management.
Proof: Harvard Business School professor Tsedal Neeley (Harvard Business Review, 2012) showed that English has become the global language of business, and that employees who are less fluent lose status and influence at work.
If nothing changes: English classes that fade are the costliest kind: you pay once, then keep paying for the hesitation.
Fluency fades when speaking stops. Ours continues: a 21-day speaking practice logbook, manager check-ins and peer speaking partners, until speaking English becomes a daily habit.
Proof: Hermann Ebbinghaus showed unpractised learning fades within days, and that each spaced review resets the curve.
Try itAfter one training with no review, how much is still remembered?
His classic 1885 memory data, shown for illustration.
If nothing changes: Every quarter of waiting, another round of client calls, reviews and presentations goes to the most confident speaker, not the most capable one.
Next quarter rarely arrives quieter, and missed opportunities rarely come back.
Proof: Kodak built the first digital camera in 1975, chose to wait, and filed for bankruptcy in 2012.
Spoken English training ROI calculator: cost versus the results you will get
See what hesitant English costs your organisation every year: time lost to repeated explanations, rewritten emails, avoided calls and meetings where good ideas stay unsaid, plus sales missed when client conversations lack confidence. Time is valued at salary cost, conservatively, and revenue is credited only to sales roles, as gross profit.

Spoken English classes in Jaipur for professionals: frequently asked questions
Who is the best spoken English coach in Jaipur, India?
Saurabh Jain is a Jaipur-based spoken English and communication coach, corporate soft skills trainer and motivational speaker with 23+ years of experience, 2,500+ trainings across 32+ industries, 200+ awards and 10 World Records in public speaking, including a 30-hour non-stop speech delivered without notes. He founded EnactraX, Bharat's No. 1 Soft Skills Training Centre, and the Jaipur Learning Festival. His spoken English course for professionals covers nine modules: professional introductions, sentence structuring, business vocabulary, voice clarity and accent neutralisation, grammar accuracy, business etiquette, Q&A handling, spontaneous speaking, and negotiation and persuasion.
What does your spoken English course for employees cover?
Nine modules, in sequence: professional introductions and first impressions; executive sentence structuring and thought patterns; workplace context and business vocabulary; voice clarity, diction and accent neutralisation; professional grammar, accuracy and precision; business etiquette and professional dialogue; scenario-based problem solving and Q&A handling; spontaneous speaking and unscripted delivery; and corporate discussion, negotiation and persuasion. Each module is practised through speaking games, role plays and real workplace situations, and we shape the mix around your team after a free discovery call.
Is this a grammar class?
No. We follow one principle: don't learn grammar, acquire it naturally. There is no direct grammar teaching during speaking. Your people speak from the first session, with live correction during conversation, pronunciation and accent work, vocabulary building and fluency drills, so correct English becomes automatic.
How long does it take to speak English fluently?
Most participants speak more, and with less hesitation, within the first few sessions. Lasting fluency depends on the starting level and on daily practice, which is why every program includes 60-minute practical sessions, a 21-day speaking logbook and continuous feedback. We recommend the right duration after a free assessment.
What is the batch size and session format?
Every session is 60 minutes of practical speaking, with only 10 to 20 participants per batch, so everyone gets maximum speaking time and personal attention. Each batch includes spoken English conversation practice, role plays, speaking activities, psychology-based confidence building and continuous feedback. Once a batch is full, admissions close.
Which formats, where, and what does it cost?
Daily, three days a week, weekly or intensive bootcamp batches: in person at your office, at our centre in Jaipur or at any venue across Rajasthan, India and abroad, or live online in any time zone. The investment depends on duration, format, number of participants and customisation, so every organisation receives a customised proposal within one working day of the discovery call.
How is progress measured? Is there a certificate?
Every participant completes a pre and post spoken English assessment, records speaking samples and practises with a 21-day speaking logbook. Participants receive an industry-recognised Certification in Spoken English & Professional Communication, validating their ability to speak English confidently in real situations, and your organisation receives a summary of the change.
Does it include business English and accent neutralisation?
Yes. Voice clarity, diction and accent neutralisation is a full module, and business English runs through every session: client calls, meetings, presentations, negotiations, small talk and professional etiquette.
Is the spoken English course available online and in Hindi?
Yes. Sessions run in person in Jaipur and across India, or live online in any time zone. Saurabh Jain explains concepts in Hindi where it helps, then moves every learner into speaking English, step by step.
Can individuals, students or entrepreneurs join?
