60-second team health test
Free team effectiveness assessment: which of these sound like your team?
Be honest for 60 seconds. Tap every moment you have seen in your team this month. Each one is a pattern, not a people problem, and patterns can be rebuilt.
Six hidden team gaps, and the price of waiting, every single month.
The 6 team gaps
Why talented teams still underperform: the 6 teamwork gaps we close
Your people are good at their jobs. Together, they still miss deadlines, drop handovers and argue in circles. Six gaps cause it. Tap a stage to find yours.
Gap 01 · Low trust
People guard information and doubt each other
Colleagues keep information to themselves, double-check each other's work and keep a backup plan for every promise. Paul Zak's research (Harvard Business Review, 2017) found that people at high-trust companies report 74% less stress and 50% higher productivity.
People nod in the meeting, then disagree in the corridor, and mistakes are hidden instead of fixed. Google's Project Aristotle found that psychological safety, feeling safe to speak up, was the strongest predictor of team effectiveness.
'I thought you were doing it.' Tasks get dropped or done twice, and decisions wait for someone to own them. Gallup has repeatedly found that only about half of employees clearly know what is expected of them at work.
Briefings reach half the team, updates arrive late and meetings end without decisions. Grammarly and The Harris Poll (2022) estimated poor communication costs US businesses up to $1.2 trillion a year.
Each department protects its own target, handovers turn into blame and the customer feels the gaps. Research by Behnam Tabrizi (Harvard Business Review, 2015) found that 75% of cross-functional teams are dysfunctional.
Good work goes unnoticed, and good people go quiet
Only mistakes get attention, so effort drops and the best people quietly disengage or leave. Gallup found that employees who do not feel adequately recognised are twice as likely to say they will quit within a year.
And how we fix the root cause, not just the surface.
The method we follow
Why most team building activities fade by Monday: our 9-step corporate team building process
Most team outings are fun on the day and forgotten by the next Monday review. Teamwork grows like a muscle, through small daily practice at real work. Here is our journey, from the first conversation to a team culture that stays.

01
Before the training
Deep discovery, both ways
We understand your teams, how they are structured, where friction shows up, the projects and handovers that suffer and what has been tried before, and give you full clarity on how we work. No assumptions on either side.
What you get: A shared, honest picture of how your team works together today.
A team health survey, leader inputs and real workplace situations show the real gap. It is rarely 'difficult people'. More often it is unclear roles, low trust, competing goals or a conflict nobody ever addressed.
What you get: The right problem, before any time or budget is spent.
We shape the right mix of the nine team building pillars, activities, duration and format for each team. A new team, a merged team and a leadership group need different programs.
What you get: A program designed for your team, not a ready-made outing.
Every game, challenge and activity is linked to your real situations: project handovers, shift changes, cross-team meetings and target pressure, so each minute in the room moves your team towards the result.
What you get: Teamwork practised on the moments your team actually faces.
The team writes its own team charter: shared goals, roles, ground rules and how it will communicate, in its own words. Self-determination research shows chosen goals outlast imposed ones.
What you get: A team that owns the change, because it chose it.
Training is one step out of nine. The other eight are why your team keeps getting stronger.
The fix, at the root
Why Saurabh Jain's team building program fixes the root cause, not the symptom.
Another fun outing treats the symptom, and the old friction returns next quarter. Toyota built its quality on asking "why?" five times. Pick the problem your team faces every week and see what changes when it is fixed at the root.

9 pillars, one clear path to a high-performing team
Each one closes a team gap you saw in episode 2.
What you learn
Team building training topics: the 9 pillars of a high-performing team
Great teams are not lucky. They are built. Google's Project Aristotle studied 180 teams and found that how a team works together matters more than who is on it. Nine pillars, in sequence, each closing a gap your team lives with every day. Tap the wheel.

Back at workYour team shares openly, keeps its word and relies on each other without double-checking.
What you practise
The trust equation: credibility, reliability and care
Knowing each other beyond job titles: stories, strengths and styles
Open-book habits: sharing information and bad news early
Keeping commitments, and repairing trust when it breaks
02
Mutual Respect & Inclusion
The problem it solves
A few voices dominate, while quieter, newer or different people feel sidelined.
Back at workEvery member feels valued, heard and free to contribute.
What you practise
Valuing differences in age, background, language and style
Spotting and stopping cliques and unconscious bias
Respectful words, tone and behaviour, even under pressure
Turn-taking habits that bring every voice into the room
03

Back at workYour team raises problems early, asks freely and learns from mistakes together.
What you practise
What psychological safety is, and what it is not
Responding to mistakes and bad news without blame
Inviting dissent: 'What am I missing?' as a team habit
Blameless reviews that turn failures into learning
04
Defined Roles & Responsibilities
The problem it solves
Tasks fall between the cracks, work is duplicated and nobody is sure who decides.

Clear expectations and success measures for each role
Clean handovers and clear decision rights

Turning the vision into shared, measurable goals
Linking every role to the team's big picture
A team charter: our goals, values and ground rules
06
Collaboration & Cooperation
The problem it solves
Colleagues compete instead of cooperate, and help is rarely offered or asked for.
Back at workYour team pools its strengths, helps freely and celebrates wins together.
What you practise
From 'my target' to 'our result': the win-win mindset
Knowing and using each other's strengths
Asking for and offering help without hesitation
Collaborative problem-solving games and challenges

Mapping the end-to-end process across teams
Handover checklists and shared service standards

Peer-to-peer appreciation rituals
Celebrating small wins and team milestones

Your team building trainer
Why Saurabh Jain is the best team building trainer in Jaipur, India
Saurabh Jain began his career as a medical representative and rose to MSD Rajasthan State Head, where every result depended on teams that trusted each other and pulled in the same direction. In June 2017, two startups collapsed on the same day. He rebuilt from a one-room institute, team member by team member, into EnactraX, Bharat's No. 1 Soft Skills Training Centre. After a brain haemorrhage, doctors told him he would not speak in public again. He healed, and 11 months later set his first non-stop speaking world record; he went on to speak for 30 hours without a single note. He knows how teams are built, broken and rebuilt. That is what he brings to yours.

1/5doubts answered
If nothing changes: Your people keep working as a group of individuals, held back by patterns nobody ever addressed.
Teamwork is not chemistry or luck. Trust, respect, clear roles and good communication are behaviours, and behaviours change with practice. That is what turns a group into a team.
Proof: Google's Project Aristotle studied 180 teams and found that how a team works together, above all psychological safety, mattered more than who was on it.
Try itCan your team already do these? Tap what is true.
If nothing changes: Unmeasured training is the first budget line cut, and the old behaviour stays.
We agree the measures with you upfront: a pre and post team assessment, a 21-day team logbook, leader observations and a summary report for management.
Proof: Paul Zak's research on trust (Harvard Business Review, 2017) found that people at high-trust companies reported 50% higher productivity, 76% more engagement and 74% less stress than people at low-trust companies.
If nothing changes: Team building that fades is the costliest kind: you pay once, then keep paying for the old friction.
Team spirit fades when practice stops. Ours continues: a 21-day team practice logbook, leader check-ins and peer feedback, until the new habits become the way your team works.
Proof: Hermann Ebbinghaus showed unpractised learning fades within days, and that each spaced review resets the curve.

Team building training ROI calculator: cost versus the results you will get
See what poor teamwork costs your organisation every year: time lost to silos, conflict, rework and unclear roles, plus sales missed through dropped handovers and weak coordination. Time is valued at salary cost, conservatively, and revenue is credited only to sales roles, as gross profit.

Team building training in Jaipur for corporates: frequently asked questions
Who is the best team building trainer in Jaipur, India?
Saurabh Jain is a Jaipur-based team building trainer, corporate soft skills trainer and motivational speaker with 23+ years of experience, 2,500+ trainings across 32+ industries, 200+ awards and 10 World Records, including a 30-hour non-stop speech delivered without notes. He founded EnactraX, Bharat's No. 1 Soft Skills Training Centre, and the Jaipur Learning Festival. His corporate team building program builds the nine pillars of a high-performing team: trust and transparency, mutual respect and inclusion, psychological safety, defined roles and responsibilities, shared vision and goals, collaboration and cooperation, cross-functional coordination, appreciation and recognition, and clear communication.
What does your team building training for employees cover?
Nine pillars, in sequence: trust and transparency; mutual respect and inclusion; psychological safety; defined roles and responsibilities; shared vision and goals; collaboration and cooperation; cross-functional coordination; appreciation and recognition; and clear communication. Each pillar is experienced through team games and challenges, then practised on real workplace situations, and we shape the mix around your team after a free discovery call.
Is this just team building games and an outing?
No. Games are how each pillar is experienced, not the goal. Every activity is followed by a debrief that links it to your team's real work, the team agrees its own team charter, and a 21-day practice logbook with leader follow-up turns the learning into daily habits.
Who should attend from our organisation?
Whole departments, sales and client-facing teams, managers and team leaders, leadership teams, operations, tech and support teams, and newly formed or merged teams, along with new joiners and the L&D teams who onboard them. We recommend the right mix and batch size on the free discovery call.
Which formats, where, and what does it cost?
Half day, full day, a few days, or regular weekly or monthly sessions: in person at your office, a hotel, resort or offsite venue in Jaipur, across Rajasthan and India and abroad, or live online in any time zone, in English, Hindi or both. The investment depends on duration, format, number of participants and customisation, so every organisation receives a customised proposal within one working day of the discovery call.
How is impact measured? Is there a certificate?
Every participant completes a pre and post team effectiveness assessment, practises with a 21-day team logbook and receives a certificate and a workbook, and the team leaves with its own signed team charter. Your organisation receives a summary of the change, and we agree business measures with you upfront.
Can you help a team stuck in conflict or low trust?
Yes. Many organisations call us when a team is stuck in conflict, silos or low trust, after a merger, a leadership change or a tough quarter. We diagnose the real cause first, handle sensitive issues with care and neutrality, and rebuild trust step by step, with no blaming and no one put on the spot.
How is this different from a motivational seminar or a team outing?
A motivational talk or an outing changes how people feel for a day. This program changes how they work together, through diagnosis, team games, debriefs, a team charter, a 21-day practice logbook and leader follow-up, until the new habits stick.
Is the training available in Hindi and online?
Yes. Saurabh Jain trains in English, Hindi or a mix of both, in person in Jaipur, across Rajasthan and India and abroad, or live online in any time zone.
Can individuals join, or is it only for teams?
This program is designed for teams and organisations. If you are an individual, choose 'Just me (individual)' in the enquiry form and Saurabh Jain's team will guide you to the right option.
