Wellness training in Jaipur: from running on empty to running on purpose in 9 episodes
Sixty seconds. No filters. Just the truth about your team's energy.
60-second wellness test
Free employee wellness check: which of these sound like your team?
Be honest for 60 seconds. Tap every pattern you have seen in your team this quarter. Most tired teams look fine at 10 am; the real test is how they feel at 4 pm.
What are tired, stressed people really costing you?
Six hidden energy drains, and the price of waiting, every single month.
The 6 energy drains
Why talented teams still run on empty: the 6 energy drains we seal
It is rarely skill, salary or attitude. Your people are capable. The drains are in how they sleep, eat, drink, move, handle stress and connect. Tap a stage to find yours.
Drain 01 · Sleep debt
Bodies at work, minds still asleep
Insufficient sleep costs the US economy up to US$411 billion and about 1.2 million working days a year (RAND Europe, 2016). Six hours a night for two weeks impairs thinking as much as two full nights without sleep, and people don't notice it (Van Dongen et al., 2003).
Losing just 1.5% of body water impaired attention, memory and mood in controlled trials (Ganio et al., 2011; Armstrong et al., 2012). The ILO estimates that adequate nutrition can raise national productivity by up to 20%.
Physical inactivity causes about 9% of premature deaths worldwide, on a par with smoking (The Lancet, 2012). About half of Indian adults are now insufficiently active (Lancet Global Health, 2024).
Deloitte (2022) estimates poor mental health costs Indian employers about US$14 billion a year through absence, presenteeism and attrition. The WHO now classifies burnout as an occupational phenomenon.
A meta-analysis of 148 studies and 308,849 people found strong social relationships raise the odds of survival by 50%; weak ones rival smoking as a health risk (Holt-Lunstad et al., 2010).
Gallup estimates low engagement costs the world economy close to US$9 trillion, about 9% of global GDP (State of the Global Workplace, 2024). Tired, stressed people disengage first.
The cost of waiting: what if your team keeps running on empty?
Poor wellbeing does not stay at home. Every tired, stressed day is paid for twice: once in slower work and mistakes, and again in sick leave, medical claims and good people who leave.

And how we fix the root cause of tired, stressed teams.
The method we follow
Why most wellness days fade by Monday: our 9-step wellness training process
A health camp checks numbers once; habits change them for life. Team Sky's cyclists carried their own mattresses and pillows to every hotel, because small gains in sleep win races. Here is our journey, from the first conversation to a team that keeps getting healthier.

01
Before the training
Deep discovery, both ways
We gather the facts about your people, shifts, workload, health concerns and goals, and give you full clarity on how we work. No assumptions on either side.
What you get: A shared, honest picture of your team's wellbeing today.
An anonymous wellness pulse survey, a sleep and stress check, talks with HR and team leads, and a look at sick-leave and attrition trends. The real gap is often not the one first named.
What you get: The right problem, before anyone spends on a solution.
We work through every probable solution and pick the mix of topics, format and timing that fits your shifts, culture and budget, not a ready-made package.
What you get: A program designed for you, not borrowed from someone else.
Every activity, demo and case targets the gap we found and uses your people's real routines, canteen, shifts and pressures, so each minute in the room changes tomorrow morning.
What you get: Learning aimed precisely at your team's energy gap.
Regular check-ins track sleep, energy and habit streaks, catch what is slipping and adjust the plan in time, the way the US Army's after-action reviews keep units improving.
What you get: Progress you can see, and problems caught early.
Training is one step out of nine. The other eight are why the habits last.
The fix, at the root
Why Saurabh Jain's wellness training fixes the root cause, not the symptom.
A free health camp treats the day; habits treat the year. Toyota built its quality on asking "why?" five times, and so do we. Pick your team's problem and see what changes when it is fixed at the root.

Episode 4 of 9 · The Path
9 habits, one clear path from running on empty to running on purpose
Each one seals a drain you saw in episode 2.
What your team learns
Lifestyle, sleep and wellness training topics: 9 habits of a high-energy team
In the world's Blue Zones, where people most often live past 100, nobody counts calories or joins a gym. Their days are built on sleep, real food, water, movement, calm, people, sunlight and purpose. Nine habits, each sealing a drain from episode 2. Tap the wheel.
01
Consistent, Quality Sleep
What it costs you
Tired people come to work, but their judgement stays in bed. Sleep debt shows up as mistakes, short tempers and slow decisions.
Back at workYour people sleep 7 to 9 restorative hours and arrive alert, calm and sharp.
What you practise
Sleep cycles, deep sleep and REM, simply explained
A fixed wake time and a 60-minute wind-down routine
Bedroom reset: dark, cool, quiet and screen-free
Caffeine, late meals, naps and night shifts: what to time and when
The science: During deep sleep the brain's glymphatic system flushes out waste, and after one sleepless night the emotional brain (amygdala) reacts about 60% more strongly (Xie et al., 2013; Yoo and Walker, 2007).
Before → after: Stanford basketball players extended their sleep towards 10 hours: sprint times fell and shooting accuracy rose by about 9% (Mah et al., 2011).
02
Whole, Nutrient-Dense Nutrition
What it costs you
Skipped breakfasts, sugary snacks and heavy lunches create the 3 pm crash and a team running on tea and biscuits.
Back at workSteady energy all day from simple, affordable Indian whole foods.
What you practise
The balanced plate, built from everyday Indian meals
Blood-sugar balance: beat the post-lunch slump
The gut-brain link: food for mood and focus
Smart desk snacks and canteen choices
The science: About 90% of the body's serotonin is made in the gut. In the SMILES trial, a whole-food diet lifted 32% of people out of depression, against 8% with social support alone (Jacka et al., 2017).
Before → after: Novak Djokovic kept fading in long matches. After overhauling his diet in 2010, he became world No. 1 the very next year.
03
Proper Hydration
What it costs you
Most people mistake thirst for tiredness or hunger. Even mild dehydration dulls focus and triggers headaches.
Back at workYour team drinks enough, at the right times, and stays clear-headed through long days and Rajasthan summers.
What you practise
How much water you really need: the urine-colour check
Water triggers tied to daily routines
Tea, coffee, sugary and energy drinks: what they really do
Electrolytes for heat, travel and field work
The science: Thirst lags behind need: by the time you feel thirsty, mild dehydration has often begun, and the brain easily mistakes it for fatigue or hunger.
Before → after: In a University of East London study, people who drank about 500 ml of water before a task reacted up to 14% faster (Edmonds et al., 2013).
04
Daily Physical Movement
What it costs you
Long hours at desks, in vehicles or on one spot leave backs aching, energy flat and lifestyle disease rising.
Back at workMovement built into the workday: stronger bodies, sharper brains and fewer sick days.
What you practise
The minimum effective dose: 150 minutes a week, made easy
Desk stretches and 5-minute movement snacks
Walking meetings and active commutes
Posture and back care for screens and driving
The science: Exercise raises BDNF, the brain's growth protein. A year of brisk walking grew the brain's memory centre by 2%, reversing one to two years of ageing (Erickson et al., 2011).
Before → after: Stanford researchers found walking instead of sitting raised creative output by an average of 60% (Oppezzo and Schwartz, 2014).
05
Stress Management
What it costs you
Deadlines, targets and constant pings keep the stress alarm on all day. Burnout follows, then attrition.
Back at workCalm under pressure: people who switch off the alarm, recover fast and decide clearly.
What you practise
How the stress response works: amygdala, cortisol and the freeze
Breathwork: the physiological sigh and box breathing
Reframing, worry time and emotional first aid
Recovery rituals between meetings and after work
The science: Five minutes a day of slow 'cyclic sighing' improved mood and lowered anxiety more than mindfulness meditation in a Stanford trial (Balban et al., 2023).
Before → after: Arianna Huffington collapsed from exhaustion in 2007 and broke her cheekbone. She rebuilt her life around sleep and recovery, then founded Thrive Global to help companies do the same.
06
Strong Social Connections
What it costs you
People sit side by side yet feel alone. Loneliness quietly drains engagement, trust and health.
Back at workTeams that support each other, speak up early and look forward to coming to work.
What you practise
Why connection is a biological need, not a soft extra
Micro-moments of connection: gratitude, check-ins and listening
Building psychological safety in teams
Healthy boundaries between work and family
The science: The Harvard Study of Adult Development, running since 1938, found relationship satisfaction at 50 predicted health at 80 better than cholesterol levels did.
Before → after: Google's Project Aristotle studied 180 teams and found psychological safety was the No. 1 trait of its best-performing teams.
07
Minimizing Toxins and Sedentary Behavior
What it costs you
Tobacco, excess alcohol, ultra-processed food, stale air, endless screens and nine hours of sitting quietly poison energy and health.
Back at workCleaner habits: less sitting, fewer toxins and screens that serve people instead of draining them.
What you practise
Break the sit: 5 minutes of movement every 30 minutes
Tobacco, alcohol and ultra-processed food: honest science, no lectures
Digital detox: notifications, doomscrolling and switching off
Cleaner air and better light at the desk and at home
The science: In Harvard's COGfx study, office workers scored 61% higher on decision-making tests in green buildings with cleaner air, and 101% higher with enhanced ventilation (Allen et al., 2016).
Before → after: Volkswagen stopped its servers forwarding emails to many employees' phones after hours in 2011. France later wrote a 'right to disconnect' into law (2017).
08
Morning Sunlight Exposure
What it costs you
People wake up to phones, live under tube lights and miss daylight. Body clocks drift, and sleep, mood and vitamin D suffer.
Back at workDaylight-anchored mornings that set the body clock, lift mood and improve the night's sleep.
What you practise
The circadian clock: how morning light sets your whole day
10 to 30 minutes of morning daylight, even on busy days
Vitamin D: why so many Indians run low
Light at night: dim it and protect sleep
The science: Morning light reaching the eyes sets the brain's master clock, timing cortisol for daytime alertness and melatonin for sleep that night. Studies estimate 70 to 90% of Indians are low in vitamin D.
Before → after: Office workers with windows got 46 minutes more sleep a night than colleagues without them (Boubekri et al., 2014).
09
Purpose and Lifelong Learning
What it costs you
When work feels like a routine with no 'why', motivation fades, minds stagnate and good people drift away.
Back at workPeople who know their 'why', keep learning and bring energy, ideas and ownership to work.
What you practise
Find your ikigai: values, strengths and contribution
Connect daily work to a bigger purpose
Neuroplasticity: a brain that keeps learning stays young
A personal growth plan for the next 90 days
The science: People with a strong sense of purpose had about 15% lower risk of death over 14 years (Hill and Turiano, 2014), and London taxi drivers' memory centres grew as they learned the city (Maguire et al., 2000).
Before → after: Microsoft moved from a culture of 'know-it-alls' to 'learn-it-alls' under Satya Nadella from 2014, and its market value grew about tenfold within a decade.

1/5doubts answered
If nothing changes: Tired, stressed people still bring their exhaustion to every meeting, decision and customer.
Sleep, stress and energy are personal, but their cost lands on your output, safety and attrition. We teach habits; people choose them. No one is judged, weighed or forced.
Proof: Johnson & Johnson's long-running wellness programme returned an estimated US$1.88 to US$3.92 for every dollar spent (Henke et al., Health Affairs, 2011).
Try itWhich of these does your team already do? Tap what is true.
If nothing changes: Wellness that cannot show results is the first budget line cut, and the sick days continue.
We agree the measures with you upfront: a pre and post wellness check, habit logbooks, pulse surveys and your own sick-leave, attrition and engagement data.
Proof: Harvard researchers found medical costs fall about US$3.27, and absenteeism costs about US$2.73, for every dollar spent on workplace wellness programmes (Baicker, Cutler and Song, 2010).
If nothing changes: Wellness that fades is the costliest kind: you pay once, then keep paying for old habits.
Events fade when practice ends with them. Ours continues: a 21-day habit logbook, buddy check-ins, refresher sessions and team-lead support.
Proof: Research at University College London found a new habit takes about 66 days of repetition on average (Lally et al., 2010), never a single workshop.

Employee wellness ROI calculator: cost versus the results you will get
Before you decide, see what poor sleep, stress and lifestyle habits cost your organisation every year: sick days, presenteeism (people at work but running below capacity) and good people who quit. Replacing one employee can cost half to twice their salary; we use the low end.

Lifestyle, sleep and wellness training in Jaipur: frequently asked questions
Who is the best lifestyle, sleep and wellness coach in Jaipur, India?
Saurabh Jain is a Jaipur-based lifestyle, sleep and wellness coach and corporate trainer with 23+ years of experience. He rose from medical representative in 2003 to MSD Rajasthan State Head before founding EnactraX, Bharat's No. 1 Soft Skills Training Centre, and the Jaipur Learning Festival. After a brain haemorrhage, when doctors said he would not speak in public again, he rebuilt his health and set his first non-stop speech world record 11 months later. He has conducted 2,500+ trainings across 32+ industries, holds 10 World Records, including a 30-hour non-stop speech without any break, and has received 200+ awards. His wellness training builds teams that sleep better, eat and move well, manage stress and work with purpose.
What will our team learn, and who should attend?
Nine evidence-based habits, in sequence: consistent, quality sleep; whole, nutrient-dense nutrition; proper hydration; daily physical movement; stress management; strong social connections; minimising toxins and sedentary behaviour; morning sunlight exposure; and purpose and lifelong learning. It suits corporate and IT teams, factory, plant and shift workers, field sales and frontline teams, managers and leadership teams, and new joiners. We recommend the right mix and batch size on the discovery call.
What are the benefits of employee wellness training for an organisation?
Better sleep and steadier energy, sharper focus and fewer errors, calmer responses under pressure, fewer sick days and lower medical claims, stronger teamwork and psychological safety, higher engagement, and lower burnout and attrition. Results are tracked through pre and post checks, habit logbooks, pulse surveys and your own HR data.
Which formats, and where do you train?
Half day, full day, a few days, or regular weekly or monthly sessions. Saurabh Jain delivers in-person wellness training anywhere in the world from his Jaipur base: your office, plant, hotel or offsite, across Rajasthan, every Indian city and internationally. Live online wellness training is available in any time zone, and sessions can be scheduled around shifts. Sessions run in English, Hindi or a mix of both.
What does corporate wellness training cost, and what is the return?
The investment depends on duration, setting, number of participants and customisation, so every organisation gets a customised proposal within one working day of the discovery call. The employee wellness ROI calculator on this page compares the cost with the value of fewer sick days, less presenteeism and lower attrition.
How do you measure results? Is there a certificate?
Every participant takes a pre and post wellness check and leaves with a personal wellness plan and a 21-day habit logbook. We agree organisational measures with you upfront, such as sick leave, attrition, engagement scores and pulse-survey results. Each participant receives a certificate and a wellness workbook, and your organisation receives a summary of the change.
Is this medical treatment or a diet plan?
No. It is an evidence-based lifestyle and habits program, not medical diagnosis, treatment or a diet plan. Participants with medical conditions should continue to follow their doctor's advice; we teach the everyday habits of sleep, food, water, movement, stress, connection, light and purpose that support health and performance.
